My Fitness Diary #Day1

Hey Guys,

I decided that since I'm going to do a lifestyle change, lose some kilos and tone up my body, I would mark down my journey for whoever needs for someone to motivate them. Let me confess... I am one of them....

So I wanted to put it online, my journey to be healthier, toned-up and plain happier! I'm super excited to begin this journey with you! So let's begin!


This is me. I'm 22.

My target weight is 65 kgs.

Every week I will update my progress and my total weight loss for that week. Not sure if I will put a picture every week  yet. What do you think?
